This seminar organized in Skopje is considered as a regional training action dedicated to professionals from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, F.Y.R. of Macedonia, Kosovo*, Montenegro and Serbia. The 3 days of the seminar will be organized through workshops in groups in order to dig in specific topics and through plenary session to report the inputs of the different workshops.
