The Generation What? Arabic project is coming to its end: more than 9,000 young people across eight South-Mediterranean countries responded to the online survey.
The project has facilitated an unprecedented level of engagement with the new generation in the Arab region, enabling sociologists to capture and analyse a wide range of qualitative and quantitative feedbacks on key issues, respondents’ concerns, their aspirations and view-points.
Eight national reports have been achieved for each involved country and a comparative regional study - evaluating the overall outcomes in the South-Mediterranean area as a whole, also in relation with Europe - will be delivered by end of January.
The results of the questionnaire and the related video material realized by the national broadcasters participating in the project could be used to produce original content for both radio and television.
