The AGEMI project is reaping benefits of its work

At the end of July 2019, The AGEMI project will come to an end with several achievements.

After the conclusion of the Summer School organized in August 2018 in Göteborg, the thirty students from the Universities of Newcastle, of Göteborg and of Padua made an internship within some media organizations, thus applying in practice the techniques learned on gender equality, what allowed them to establish a concrete link between their educational experience and the professional world.

COPEAM beyond the Mediterranean

Enlarging our borders of cooperation is one of COPEAM main strategic axis in the last few years.
Following the recent approach to the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union, with the participation of the Secretary General to the 2018 edition of the Media2020 conference in Astana (Kazakhstan), and the high contribution ABU gave to our last annual conference in Split, a number of forthcoming rendezvous are set in our agenda, involving again COPEAM and the main audiovisual Asiatic operators:

COPEAM at the “Fête de la Méditerranée”

The Secretary General of COPEAM was among the main speakers at the “Fête de la Méditerranée”, organized in Bastia on 11 and 12 May by France Bleu RCFM, where COPEAM was involved through the presence of the whole team – composed by France Bleu RCFM, Rai Sicilia and Rai Sardegna – of “Mediterradio”, one of our key radio projects.

INA launches the third session of FRAME: a training course on audiovisual archiving management

In the framework of its renewed cooperation with INA, the French national audiovisual Institute, COPEAM is glad to announce the upcoming third session of FRAME, INA’s training course on audiovisual archiving management. This year, the course will be hosted by the Romanian public broadcaster TVR and will take place from 18 to 22 November 2019. Co-funded by the EU Creative Europe programme and organized in the partnership with the FIAT/IFTA and EBU Academy, FRAME addresses international audiovisual professionals to strengthen their capacities in this specific technical domain.
