COPEAM at…FIDMarseille
In the framework of the 23rd International Film Festival of Marseille - FIDMarseille - COPEAM was invited to participate in the FIDLab – a professional platform for co-production support - as well as in the Festmed round table, one of the events of the festival Mediterranean Meetings.
The FIDLab was the occasion to present TERRAMED Plus, Joussour and Inter-Rives during an international panel devoted to funding opportunities and coproduction platforms.
Moreover, COPEAM took part in individual pitching sessions devoted to some Euro-Mediterranean film projects in order to figure out possible ways of promotion and support to producers and directors of the region in terms of visibility and works circulation, specially through the Med Agora platform.
This platform was also presented during Festmed round table to professionals of the sector and, particularly, to the directors and planners of film festivals from the region so to learn more about this innovative tool for the promotion and the circulation of the Mediterranean products. A focus was made on the connection between the Med Agora functions and the festivals’ communication needs (programming, life of the selected movies, publication of calls for projects and films, etc.).
